Pursuant to its mission, the Southbury Democratic Town Committee (“SDTC”) may now or in the future maintain and/or publish certain information and communications through its authorized websites, social media accounts, newsletters, or any other approved medium (“SDTC Media”).

General Privacy Policy

The SDTC values privacy and the following explains what information may be collected and how it will be used. The SDTC may collect and store names, email addresses, and similar information in order to provide services. Data will be retained by the SDTC as needed to provide services as required.

For social media accounts, the SDTC will partner with any social media platform as needed, which maintain their own privacy policies.

For the SDTC Newsletter, the SDTC has partnered with service provider Mailchimp which maintains its own privacy policy here.

For SDTC online donations, the SDTC has partnered with Day Campaign, which maintains its own privacy policy here.

Updates to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Should the SDTC update, amend or make any changes to this document, those changes will be noticed and posted through SDTC Media.
